Setting Up the Sentinel AI Biometric Portal: Updated Instructions

Enhance your Telegram group's security and user verification process with Sentinel AI's Biometric Portal. Here's how to set it up:

Step 1: Add Sentinel AI Bot to Your Main Group and Channel

• Navigate to Sentinel AI Bot on Telegram (@sentinelAI_Bot) and add it to your main group.

• Also, add Sentinel AI Bot to the channel you intend to use for the portal.

  

Step 2: Assign Admin Permissions

• Make Sentinel AI Bot an admin in both the group and channel, ensuring it has the necessary permissions to manage security settings and member verification.

Step 3: Disable Chat History in Main Group

• For optimal security and privacy, disable chat history in your main group. This ensures that new members cannot see previous messages upon joining.

  

Step 4: Initialize the Setup Process

• In your main group, send the command /setup. Sentinel AI Bot will display a setup menu.

• Click on "Set Up Portal" to proceed. Sentinel AI Bot will then redirect you to a private message (DM) to continue the setup.

  

Step 5: Configure Portal Settings in DM

• Sentinel will ask for the username of the public channel where the portal will be displayed. Enter the channel's username.

  
• You'll be prompted to upload your custom portal graphics. If you don't have custom graphics, reply with 'none,' and generic graphics will be used instead.

  

Step 6: Activate the Portal

• Once you've completed the setup steps in DM with Sentinel AI Bot, the portal will automatically be activated and appear in the channel you specified.
